It's Sunday, the day of rest, relax and family time...
and it's the day I decided to work out. And I don't mean just some random exercises for 5 min, I mean I start a regime today ;) well at least I will try :)
Phillip decided to support me in it, and even came home with a work our program, so here we go. It's the Fab-Ab February - 100 sit ups, 5 min plank, 30 press ups (that will be the worst) and some shadow boxing.
