Clinique, Perfectly Real Makeup Teint Realite Parfaite

I had recently the chance to try Clinique Perfecly Real Makeup Teint. I like Clinique products, but not with all of them I was perfectly satisfied in the past.
I am a big fan of BB Creams because they are lighter for my skin, protect it from UV and mosturise it. In winter I decided though that there are days I need something more substantial.
My shade is 14 which is moderatly fair, natural finish. This shade is a perfect tone match for me. It gives a little bit of shimmer.
My skin can be very dehidrated after whole day but with this product my skin was in perfect condition. It gave me pretty natural look, skintone was even. It lasts all day without heavy feeling. I used it by itself and in a combination with powder, both works great. I've read that some people dn't like it smell after few months but I haven't noticed just yet any smell and I am very sensitive about it. In case it will change I will update you guys.
The biggest minus is it doen't have any sun protection. If you have bigger problems with your skin it will not give you enough coverage.
Have you tried this one? What do you think?

home foot spa

I am very sensitive and ticklish so I am not a big fan of foot treatments in spa salons. The weird thing is I love my hubby to massage my feet. Maybe it's more trust issue than tickle? Anyway, if you like to have great looking feet this is what you need:
bowl
milk
lemon juice
baking soda

treat yourself in a home foot spa
Enjoy!

Biochemia Urody- make your own cosmetics

I love DIY, so why not try and make my own cosmetics?
Don't get me wrong I didn't go to the chemists and didn't buy products with very specific weird names and mix them together. I ordered online few products which came in form of separately packed ingredients. Some of you may say why bother? but some products already mixed on a shop shelf can be much weaker than prepared just a minute before you use them.
I decided o buy: a bamboo powder with silk and oat.

an enzyme scrub ECO

Serum for eye area and redness area

The preparation takes literary few minutes. The good thing is that all the ingredients are already in the right quantity, so you don't have to worry that you mess up the proportion.
Online you can find all info, all ingredient list, their functions and instructions.
You can find many very good natural products on this website:
I am sure in your country you also can find something similar, before you buy anything though it's worth to do a proper research.

It's been now about 4 weeks I am using those cosmetics and I have to say they are great. The posder comes in pretty convenient container, it looks first very white but applied properly it gives a nice delicate coat. Enzyme scrub is the only way for my delicate skin to exfoliate. I keep this scrub for few minutes on, in meantime I spray Avene Eau Thermale because I have the feeling that I won't have any skin left if the scrub will dry off...
And finally the serum leave my eyes area very smooth and mosturised. It's very delicate even for my extremely sensitive eyes.

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

Just a short post.
Very important message: go to the cinema and watch this movie. Recently I watched the first part of Hobbit with all extras, which I highly recommend! so it was even nicer to watch the second part having fresh memories from the previous one. Btw in the cinema there were maybe 10 people... any ideas why?
anyway, if you don't have any plans go and watch it. you wont regret.

aerial yoga

Aerial Yoga is a unique technique which uses a  fabric hammock to support the the body into deep stretches and inversions.
With the weight of the body supported, students learn how to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort, enhancing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind as well.
Aerial Yoga will enhance other sporting activities and your traditional Yoga practice in numerous ways.
Challenging traditional Yoga postures such as inversions and deep backbends can be achieved without effort and without strain with the use of the Aerial Yoga hammock, it lengthens muscles, increases flexibility and decompresses the spine, and its great fun!
Deep muscle releases achieved in the air allow students to explore much deeper stretches in their traditional Yoga postures on the floor.
Common injuries caused by over-stretching the shoulders and compression in the lower back are addressed through exercises that strengthen shoulders without compromising flexibility, and by strengthening core abdominal muscles without compression of the spine.
The benefits of Aerial Yoga include: decompression of joints, relieving pressure while aligning the vertebrae of the spine without strain and increased overall agility, strength and flexibility.
hmmm, what do you think?

12 years a slave

Based on an incredible true story of one man's fight for survival and freedom. In the pre-Civil War United States, Solomon Northup (Chiwetel Ejiofor), a free black man from upstate New York, is abducted and sold into slavery. Facing cruelty (personified by a malevolent slave owner, portrayed by Michael Fassbender), as well as unexpected kindnesses, Solomon struggles not only to stay alive, but to retain his dignity. In the twelfth year of his unforgettable odyssey, Solomon's chance meeting with a Canadian abolitionist (Brad Pitt) will forever alter his life.

Really worth watching this very moving story. I had tears in my eyes few times...
