here is the recipe if you want to give it a go:
Servings: 1¼ cup
1 c nonfat Greek style yogurt
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 TBSP fresh mint, minced
Fresh mint sprigs
1 c nonfat Greek style yogurt
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 TBSP fresh mint, minced
Fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
- Combine yogurt, lime juice and minced mint in small bowl
- Mix well, refrigerate for 30 minutes, top with fresh mint leaves and serve
